The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership, serving as a trusted partner in driving organizational priorities. This position plays a key role in coordinating executive activities, managing administrative operations, and ensuring alignment across departments. The role also contributes to organizational initiatives, supports company-wide events, and helps maintain a high-performing, collaborative culture. This position is fully onsite in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication facilitation Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders Operations & Administration Oversee daily administrative functions to ensure efficient office and facility operations Supervise administrative staff and promote effective workflows and accountability Develop and implement administrative processes to improve productivity and organization Event & Engagement Coordination Plan and execute company meetings, leadership sessions, and large-scale events Support initiatives that promote employee engagement, wellness, and community involvement Ensure all events align with organizational standards and objectives Financial & Budget Oversight Manage departmental budgets, including forecasting and expense tracking Monitor spending to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with financial goals Provide regular reporting on budget performance and administrative metrics Compliance & Governance Support leadership in maintaining adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements Assist with corporate governance processes, documentation, and reporting obligations Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet compliance standards Stakeholder & Client Experience Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions Ensure a positive experience for visitors, clients, and business partners Support leadership in delivering consistent, high-quality communication and service
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred 7+ of progressive executive support experience Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams Strong written and verbal communication Exceptional time management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Professional judgment, discretion, and credibility Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills Adaptability in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with office technology and systems Ability to remain composed under pressure
Pay Details:
