Tool and Die Maker

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tool and Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and repairing precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in the production process. Your expertise will ensure that manufacturing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply advanced machining techniques and technical knowledge to create complex tooling solutions that drive our manufacturing excellence forward. What will help you thrive in this role? High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in CNC operation is highly preferred. Previous tool and die experience (3 years). Knowledge of stamping tools, both progressive and transfer, as well as basic press and feeder knowledge required. Must have good machining skills including setup and be able to machine a component to set dimensions

experience required Preferred skills and abilities: Candidate must have some or all the following skills and abilities: Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and relevant documents Committed attitude toward success. Strong mechanical and analytical skills Solid mathematics comprehension Journeyman card or apprenticeship certificate.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit or stand for periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and additional weight with assistance.
