This position will report directly to our Sr. Finance Manager. A successful candidate will be a highly trusted, organized individual who will exercise a great deal of discretion and have exceptional interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.Essential Duties:
Manage and maintain the Sr. Finance Mangers Outlook Calander. Prioritize meeting requests while troubleshooting conflicts. Provide exceptional customer support by answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner. Greeting and assisting customers, visitors, and employees in a welcoming manner. Order and maintain office supplies. Serve as back up cashier for walk-in payments and our collections department. Possess the ability to process payments accurately and efficiently to customers' accounts. Balance and reconcile cash drawers daily. Prepare deposit and maintain payment records. Resolve payment discrepancies and answer billing/collections related question. Maintain and track accurate title documentation. Follow-up in a timely manner on outstanding missing titles. Ensure compliance with company and state requirements for title processing. Maintain accurate records for extended service contracts and warranty products purchased by our customers. Process cancellation request within the required deadlines. Ensure all loan contracts and supporting documentation are accurate and comply with company, state, and federal requirements. Other Duties as assigned.Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet required deadlines. Prior loan operations or dealership experience preferred but not required.Benefits
