Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a dynamic and fast-paced organization based in the Charlotte area. This position will provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership while helping drive day-to-day organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. The organization is seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-moving environment, demonstrates strong judgment and communication skills, and can operate independently while supporting key business initiatives and leadership activities. This role requires a commitment of around 45 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion Anticipate leadership needs and proactively address scheduling or operational challenges Serve as a liaison between leadership, employees, vendors, and external partners Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and appointments Manage scheduling conflicts and shifting priorities Track deadlines, follow-ups, and ongoing initiatives Communicate schedule updates and meeting logistics effectively Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and internal documents Manage incoming communications including emails and phone calls Prepare meeting materials and presentation decks Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Coordinate internal meetings, leadership sessions, and company events Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up notes Arrange conference rooms, catering, and meeting logistics Support executive and team event planning as needed Arrange domestic travel for leadership Manage itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and travel documentation Maintain accurate travel calendars and schedules Qualifications Prior experience supporting senior leadership or executives Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and virtual meeting platforms Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience Preferred Background Experience within professional services, high-growth organizations, corporate environments, or entrepreneurial settings is a plus Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or cross-functional teams preferred
