This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, both professionally and personally, by managing schedules, handling errands, and overseeing administrative and financial tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains impeccable attention to detail, and demonstrates a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative & Schedule Management Coordinate and maintain the General Manager's calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items Serve as a liaison between the GM and internal staff, vendors, and external partners Personal Errands & Support Run personal errands for the General Manager (e.g., shopping, appointments, deliveries) Assist with personal scheduling and travel arrangements Provide occasional support for family-related logistics or events Business Errands & Operational Support Handle business-related errands such as bank deposits, vendor pickups, and supply runs Assist with inventory tracking and procurement coordination Support event planning and promotional logistics as needed Billing, Budget & Financial Oversight Monitor and reconcile restaurant expenses and budgets Assist with invoice processing, vendor payments, and petty cash management Prepare financial summaries and reports for GM review Coordinate with accounting/bookkeeping staff to ensure timely and accurate reporting Qualifications Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Discretion and confidentiality are a must Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and budgeting tools Ability to adapt quickly and work independently Perks & Culture Competitive salary Mornings schedule and only requires 1 weekend a month Dynamic, community-focused work environment Opportunities for growth and involvement in creative projects Bonus structure Some health benefits (limited) Office hours and salary without being stuck in a office setting Relaxed dress code
