This is a highly visible position whose interactions with the public often provide an important first impression of the University through screening calls and greeting office visitors, all while being cognizant of administrator schedules. The Executive Assistant to the Chancellor will work independently as well as on a team in a professional executive setting within the Office of the Chancellor. This position manages an array of general office functions, including managing and coordinating calendars, and providing back-up support as needed for the Executive Administrator to the Chancellor and the Chief of Staff to the Chancellor. The Executive Assistant to the Chancellor provides impeccable client service to a wide range of constituents and guests, including administrators, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and donors. The Executive Assistant to the Chancellor exercises a high degree of discretion and judgment within the scope of assigned work.
