Job Description
Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO Chloey Wealth | Lincoln, Nebraska | Full-Time | $60,000-$70,000 Help make a growing business—and a busy life—run better. Chloey Wealth is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to our Founder & CEO . This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone who is organized, resourceful, socially confident, and energized by a fast-moving environment. Our Founder leads a growing wealth management firm while also working with clients, speaking, networking, serving on nonprofit and community boards, and managing a full personal life. She needs someone who can bring structure to all of it—and take ownership without waiting to be told what to do. What You'll Do Manage the CEO's professional and personal calendar, including client meetings, family commitments, travel, speaking engagements, board meetings, and community events. Anticipate scheduling conflicts, manage priorities, and protect the CEO's time. Track commitments, deadlines, and follow-up so important things don't fall through the cracks. Prepare meetings, agendas, materials, and briefings. Coordinate projects, events, travel, and special initiatives. Support client scheduling, communication, CRM management, and an exceptional client experience. Coordinate office operations, vendors, supplies, and administrative needs. Support networking, community involvement, nonprofit board responsibilities, and relationship-building activities. Handle occasional personal administrative tasks such as appointments, reservations, gifts, and other logistics. Who We're Looking For You don't need to know everything. You need to know how to figure things out. We're looking for someone who is: Highly autonomous — you see what needs to happen and take ownership. Organized and fast-moving — you can manage many priorities without losing the details. Confident — you can make decisions, ask questions, and communicate directly without needing constant reassurance. Socially capable — you enjoy people and make others feel welcome, but you don't need everyone to like you. Resourceful — when there's no playbook, you create one. Discreet and trustworthy — you will be trusted with confidential business, client, and personal information. A natural owner — you care about the outcome, not just completing the task. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Client Services professional, or similar role is helpful, but judgment, initiative, and capability matter more than your job title. Why Chloey Wealth? At the heart of this woman-led wealth management firm is a team that blends expertise, smart strategies, and a shared passion for empowering clients to take charge of their financial futures. We offer a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported at every stage of their journey. This isn't a traditional administrative role. You'll work closely with the Founder, have meaningful autonomy, and play an important part in how the firm operates and grows. If you're someone who likes people, pace, responsibility, and making things happen , we'd love to meet you.
