This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, dependable, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. Responsibilities Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointments Book and coordinate domestic and international flights, hotels, transportation, and travel itineraries Monitor, organize, and respond to emails and correspondence Take meeting notes and prepare summaries/action items Coordinate in-person and Zoom meetings and calls Handle personal errands and administrative tasks as needed Communicate professionally with clients Qualifications Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and calendar management tools Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively Flexible schedule and responsiveness when needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Paid time off and holidays Flexible work environment Opportunities for growth and long-term advancement How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter describing your experience supporting executives and managing administrative responsibilities.
