Agemark is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEOs and executive leadership team. This role plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting high-level coordination across the organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, anticipates needs, and takes ownership of their work. What You'll Do Executive Support Manage complex calendars across multiple executives, including shifting priorities and competing demands Coordinate travel, itineraries, and meeting preparation Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts Assist with reporting, data gathering, and administrative projects Maintain internal directories and administrative records Office Operations Serve as a primary point of contact for the office Support day-to-day office coordination and internal operations Manage conference room scheduling and office logistics Order supplies, coordinate vendors, and maintain organization across the office Assist with document preparation and administrative processes Event Coordination Support planning and execution of internal meetings and company events Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, materials, and communication Assist with event preparation and follow-up What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or similar role Proven experience managing complex, high-volume calendars Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics across multiple stakeholders Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to stay ahead of priorities Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Why Agemark At Agemark, a career is more than a role - it's an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and the people who love them.
