Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, organizational, and communication support to senior executives and the Board of Directors. This role manages daily priorities, coordinates executive and board communications, and ensures follow-through on key initiatives and action items. The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting effective leadership, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring smooth execution of executive, board, and strategic activities across the bank. Key Responsibilities Executive & Daily Support Provide direct administrative support to senior executives. Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and daily priorities. Prepare meeting agendas, talking points, and supporting materials. Track follow-up items and ensure timely completion of action items. Anticipate needs and proactively support executive effectiveness. Communication & Coordination Coordinate communication with senior leaders, board members, vendors, and external partners. Ensure timely follow-through on executive and organizational commitments. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Serve as a trusted point of contact for executive communications. Board & Executive Support Assist with Board of Directors and committee meeting logistics. Prepare and distribute board packets, presentations, and supporting documentation. Track board and committee action items and follow through with leadership. Coordinate confidential executive and board communications. Support compliance with board governance and documentation standards. Operational & Project Support Track key projects, deadlines, and leadership priorities. Support planning and coordination of strategic initiatives. Assist with community involvement activities and executive-level events. Organize information, reports, and materials to support leadership decision-making. Qualifications Five (5) or more years of executive or senior-level administrative support experience. Experience supporting senior leadership and/or boards, preferably in a regulated or professional environment. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Skills & Competencies High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Sound professional judgment and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence. Proficiency with standard office and presentation software. Work Environment This position works closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors and requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and trust. The role is critical to support leadership effectiveness and ensuring smooth coordination across the bank.
