WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bridgepoint is seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and COO. This is a high-trust, high-impact role at the center of the firm. You will be responsible for managing complex priorities, protecting executive time, and ensuring that both business and personal logistics run seamlessly. The right person anticipates needs, operates with discretion, and executes with precision in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being the person who makes everything work.
OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and COO, ensuring alignment of priorities, efficient use of time, and seamless day-to-day execution. Own complex calendar management across business and personal commitments, proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring focus on the highest-value activities. Coordinate all travel logistics, including scheduling, itineraries, and real-time adjustments, ensuring smooth and efficient execution. Prepare executives for meetings by organizing materials, providing context, and tracking follow-ups to ensure accountability. Support leadership cadence by managing meeting schedules, capturing notes, tracking action items, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Coordinate recruiting logistics, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and support for Super Day processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Assist in the coordination of firm events, team gatherings, and client hosting, contributing to a strong internal culture and professional external presence. Provide personal support to the CEO and COO, including coordination of family schedules, activities, and personal logistics, ensuring seamless integration with professional commitments. Handle ad hoc requests, research, and special projects with a high level of ownership, discretion, and execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
5-10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional presence. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with urgency and accuracy. High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information. Confidence managing up, asking questions, and pushing back when appropriate. Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability and follow-through.

ENVIRONMENT
Omaha, NE | In-office Monday-Thursday, remote Fridays. Availability for occasional after-hours support (primarily travel-related). Professional demeanor and presentation required.
