Executive Assistant to Founders ???? ???? Omaha, NE (On-site Mon-Thurs | WFH Fridays) ???? $100K-$120K base + strong bonus potential + 100% paid healthcare We're partnering with a high-performing, entrepreneurial firm where excellence is the standard-and every person on the team is expected to operate at a high level. What You'll Own Own and manage highly complex, constantly shifting executive calendars -prioritizing effectively, anticipating conflicts, and ensuring seamless execution Coordinate multi-city travel and logistics with precision and foresight Act as a gatekeeper and trusted partner to leadership Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise Create structure, flow, and consistency in a fast-moving environment ????
