Job Description

Robert Half is partnering with a respected nonprofit organization to identify an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and executive leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

Position OverviewThe Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team while helping ensure the smooth operation of executive office functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership teamManage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsDraft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documentsMaintain confidential records and sensitive informationCoordinate leadership, board, and committee meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting materials, and minutesOrganize and maintain contracts, files, and important organizational documentsAssist with special projects, grant submissions, and reporting requirementsSupport internal communications, newsletters, and annual reporting effortsSupervise and provide guidance to administrative support staffDevelop and improve office workflows and administrative processesServe as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
