Job Description

Overview The Executive Assistant coordinates and supports senior leaders as assigned (COO, CMO, CNO, CFO, Sr Directors),for administrative functions, process documenation and process improvement projects. This position provides project management support and handles administrative duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature. Works collaboratively with Dartmouth Health (DH) members and departments to coordinate and organize meetings and events with NLH leaders and staff. Responsibilities Serve as administrative assistant to senior leaders as assigned, utilizing excellent human relations skills in representing the offices to internal and external constituents. Manages meeting schedules. Prepares and distributes meeting notices, agendas, and reports. Makes arrangements for special meetings and conferences. Support the success of the Senior Leadership Team by preparing agendas, attending meetings, and monitoring follow-up actions. Record and document project and committee meeting minutes. Work collaboratively with DH Provider Recruitment to facilitate candidate interviews and itineraries for new ambulatory providers. Organize and maintain organization-wide files related to contracts and other documents. Works in a team environment to handle phone coverage and other coverage for the SLT. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion with regard to all office matters. Interact regularly with a wide variety of internal and external customers and responds to requests for information. Contribute to the overall success of the Senior Leadership Team by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Associate's degree with two (2) years of related experience or the equivalent in education and experience required. Must have excellent communication skills. Understanding of multifaceted, fast-paced executive office environment. Experience as executive assistant desired. Superior listening, writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills required. Attention to detail, the ability to work effectively on several projects simultaneously, and the ability to work independently are essential. Ability to anticipate issues and work effectively as a team player a must. Ability to multitask and prioritize among competing demands are vital. Integrity and ability to maintain highly confidential information required. Experience managing complex processes and events crucial. Understanding of healthcare environments desired Computer literacy including use of Microsoft Office
