Ad North America is a full-service in-house advertising agency serving the LG Electronics network on a global level with offices in Seoul, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Toronto, Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo, Bangkok, New Delhi, London, Dusseldorf, Moscow, Kiev, Sao Paulo, Dubai and Sydney. We manage brand communications across a wide variety of product categories from television and home entertainment, to appliances, phones, and more. We're growing fast with a fun, collegial atmosphere, and can-do attitude. We are seeking an executive assistant to our President in our New Jersey office to provide ongoing administrative support. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal individual will have strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. They will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to wear many different hats as you will help keep things running smoothly and efficiently day to day.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide sophisticated calendar management to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly Prepare agendas, presentations and reports as needed Partner with the administrative team to manage requests and suggestions for office improvements and ensure timely resolution Book travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries for the presidents and guests traveling for business trips Ensure office is presentable and professional at all times Provide support and partner in the planning of variety of events and special projects as needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role Strong ability to execute work with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens Exercise professional discretion Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and external partners Highly resourceful team-player with ability to also be extremely effective independently Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment Proven ability to be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude Proficient in Google Suite, Mac and Microsoft Outlook Ability to build and develop partnerships Positive, solution oriented Bilingual in Korean is a must
