Our client is currently seeking a Executive Assistant - IV Long-term Contract!

W2 This job will have the following responsibilities: We are seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a senior executive at Telecom Client. This contract role is designed with a strong goal of conversion to a full-time employee (FTE). The ideal candidate will go beyond traditional administrative duties, acting as a strategic partner and liaison across global teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex projects and communications in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Provide high-level administrative support to Client's VP, including calendar and travel management. Anticipate needs and proactively manage scheduling conflicts and priorities. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure executives are equipped with necessary materials. Act as a liaison across internal teams and external partners, managing communications and follow-ups. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Manage expense reports, shared drives, Slack channels, and recognition programs. Support leadership team with project administration and logistics. Collaborate with facilities and real estate teams to resolve meeting room and AV issues. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events at the Basking Ridge Hub. Continuously seek ways to improve office efficiency and team support.
Must-Have Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives. Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack. Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Desired Skills:
Strong time management and prioritization skills, especially across global time zones. Experience coordinating with global teams. A passion for bringing structure to ambiguity and driving efficiency.
