Job Description

SEBPO is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Executive & Office Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Leadership Team and help manage the daily operations of our Marlton, NJ office. This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of executive coordination and hands-on office administration. This role requires someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for executive leadership Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reports Support planning and logistics for in-office weeks, leadership meetings, and team events Prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications Assist with day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating office needs Set up meeting spaces and assist with meeting logistics Run occasional local errands (post office, office supplies, groceries for office events) Provide administrative support for projects and general office needs Qualifications 5+ years of experience administrative support for C-level executives Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Location Marlton, NJ This role is full-time and in-office (not remote).
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
