About the
Company:
Our client is a real estate investment manager focusing on industrial and logistic properties that support modern supply chains and e-commerce distribution. It targets strategically located assets near major population centers to enhance operational efficiency for tenants and investors.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendar within multiple time zones Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries Prepare executive briefing materials, presentations, and meeting agendas Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking Maintain investor database and track investor communications, meeting notes, and follow-up items within the CRM Coordinate investor meetings, site visits, and quarterly update calls Coordinate fundraising activities including investor/capital raising events
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of experience as an EA supporting senior leadership Experience in financial services, private equity, real estate investment, or investor relations strongly preferred Experience using Salesforce a must Previous exposure to fundraising processes a plus
Salary Range:
$100,000-$120,000 #LI-WJ1
