Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and assist in event planning. In this role, you will play an essential part in coordinating company-wide events, managing executive schedules, and handling various administrative tasks. Responsibilities Coordinate company events, including meetings, conferences, and celebrations. Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel. Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings. Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, and maintain an organized front desk area. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office runs efficiently. Organize and maintain filing systems, handling sensitive information with professionalism. Assist with internal communications and office management tasks. Requirements Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude. Bachelor's preferred
