The Role We are looking for a sharp, organized, and personable Executive Assistant to support our managing partners and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. - Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle scheduling and follow-ups with professionalism and care
- Identify opportunities to improve office workflows and proactively address day-to-day needs
- Coordinate directly with the team on client-related matters, including follow-ups, document requests, and time-sensitive communications
- Prepare and compile materials for client meetings, financial reviews, and ad hoc requests as directed

- Support special projects and step in wherever the team needs you as the business continues to grow
- Manage all office supply and inventory needs
- Maintain a well-organized, clean, and professional office environment
- Assist with technology setup and troubleshooting as needed
- Prepare the conference room for in-office meetings, ensuring the space is always client ready
- Attend weekly operations and internal objectives meetings; take detailed notes
- Greet office visitors and ensure they are comfortable and set up for meetings What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Familiarity with financial services a plus
