Middlesex, New Jersey (On-site only)

Full-Time, In-Office (5 days per week) About the Company We are a fast-growing, privately held nutritional supplements company based in Middlesex, New Jersey, with approximately $60 million in annual revenue. Our founder and owner is hands-on and actively involved in strategic direction, operations, product development, and business growth. We are seeking a highly capable and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support the founder directly. Position Summary The Executive Assistant will serve as a critical right-hand partner to the Founder & Owner. This is a high-trust, high-impact role that goes beyond traditional administrative support. You will manage the founder's busy schedule, handle confidential matters, coordinate high-priority projects, and occasionally support minor strategic initiatives. This is not a remote or hybrid position - daily on-site presence is required. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the Founder's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and personal commitments Act as gatekeeper for communications, prioritizing and handling incoming calls, emails, and requests Prepare confidential documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence Coordinate logistics for meetings, industry events, and business travel Support minor projects for the owner (research, vendor coordination, follow-ups, special initiatives) Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive business and personal information Handle personal and business errands as needed Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise Work closely with other members of the leadership team when required Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree (4-year degree) required Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a founder, CEO, or C-level executive Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Must live within a 45-minute drive of Middlesex, New Jersey (no exceptions) On-site 5 days per week - this is not a remote or hybrid role Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly valued) Experience in consumer goods, supplements, manufacturing, or distribution Interest in health, wellness, or the nutritional industry What We Offer Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) Health benefits, 401(k), and paid time off Direct exposure to company leadership and strategic decision-making Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing $60M organization Dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you are a strong fit for this role.
