full-time Executive Lifestyle Manager New York City | Full-Time | Primarily In-Person Dr. Melita Psychological Services, PLLC is seeking an exceptional Executive Lifestyle Manager to support the Founder, Dr. Melita T. Stancil, PhD, Clinical Psychologist and Founder of ATILEM® Psychological & Family Systems Services. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant position. The Executive Lifestyle Manager serves as the operational architect of Dr. Stancil's personal and professional life, ensuring that executive responsibilities, complex medical care, travel, household operations, and personal logistics operate with precision. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional judgment, anticipates needs before they arise, communicates proactively, and consistently follows through with integrity. Decision-Making Framework All operational decisions are expected to follow this hierarchy unless an acute issue supersedes it: God / Spiritual Commitments Health Wellness & Recovery Family Social & Relational Commitments Fashion, Beauty & Personal Maintenance Household Operations Administrative urgency should never supersede foundational regulation, health maintenance, recovery, or spiritual commitments. Primary Responsibilities Executive calendar and schedule management Domestic and international travel planning Complex medical scheduling and care coordination Specialty pharmacy management Wardrobe management, packing, and inventory Household operations and vendor management Concierge-level reservations and hospitality Executive administrative support Special projects Coordination with physicians, attorneys, financial advisors, and household staff What We're Looking For The successful candidate: Thinks several steps ahead. Anticipates problems before they occur. Exercises exceptional executive functioning. Communicates with complete honesty and transparency. Takes ownership of outcomes rather than simply completing tasks. Remains composed in rapidly changing environments. Demonstrates sound judgment with minimal supervision. Values discretion, precision, and reliability. When presenting a challenge, candidates are expected to identify the issue, propose three potential solutions, and provide a thoughtful recommendation. Integrity is the single most important qualification for this position. Honest communication regarding mistakes will always be valued more highly than attempts to conceal them. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years supporting executives, founders, physicians, entertainers, athletes, family offices, or ultra-high-net-worth principals. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and project management abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities. High proficiency with Apple products, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task management platforms. Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed. Compensation $50,000-$55,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for quarterly performance-based bonuses and opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation over time. A multi-stage interview process, including operational scenario exercises and a paid working interview, will be part of the selection process.
