What You'll Do Calendar & Schedule Management- Oversee a complex calendar of business meetings, travel, and personal engagements; resolve conflicts and balance priorities effectively. - Manage calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses with nothing slipping through the cracks. Travel Coordination
- Plan and book professional and personal travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, meals, and events. Align schedules with relevant family members where needed. Event Preparation & Follow-Up
- Prepare materials, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth execution for meetings and events; follow up to track completion of action items. Meeting Support
- Arrange meeting spaces, prepare conference rooms, and oversee hospitality to create a professional and welcoming environment. Office Organization
- Maintain a highly organized workspace, manage supplies, and ensure smooth daily operations. Special Projects
