Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers the opportunity to support senior leadership by managing a wide array of administrative functions with energy and precision. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and possess a proactive attitude. As an Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of smooth daily operations, ensuring that executives are supported efficiently and effectively. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help drive our organization forward, creating a positive and productive workplace atmosphere. Duties Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and daily priorities. Coordinate communications with employees, tenants, vendors, lenders, attorneys, and business partners. Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. Assist with bookkeeping, invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Support real estate, property management, and construction operations. Track projects, deadlines, contracts, compliance requirements, and special assignments. Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Real estate, construction, accounting, or business operations experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally to handle business errands, document delivery, mail pickup, banking, and other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); QuickBooks experience preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Strong typing skills coupled with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
