This is a hands-on training role for someone who is highly organized, reliable, discreet, and eager to learn how to support a business owner across scheduling, travel, communications, research, documents, errands, vendor coordination, and day-to-day follow-through. This role does not require prior executive assistant experience. I am more interested in discipline, judgment, honesty, writing ability, punctuality, confidentiality, and willingness to learn than in a traditional office résumé. The right person will be trained in how to manage a calendar, prepare meeting notes, track open tasks, coordinate calls and appointments, organize documents, handle basic business communications, arrange travel, follow up with vendors, and keep priorities moving without letting details fall through the cracks. This is a high-trust position. You may be exposed to confidential business, financial, operational, and personal information. Professional discretion is mandatory.
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN A PASSPORT AND TRAVEL

Job Responsibilities :
Manage calendar scheduling, appointments, reminders, and follow-up items. Coordinate travel, reservations, meetings, calls, and local logistics. Prepare simple documents, summaries, meeting notes, and checklists. Track tasks and deadlines across multiple business and personal priorities. Communicate with vendors, service providers, contractors, and business contacts. Run local errands and assist with practical logistics as needed. Organize digital files, receipts, records, contact information, and project materials. Help prepare for meetings, conferences, calls, and business trips. Learn and use tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, ChatGPT, task trackers, scheduling tools, and basic business software. Protect confidential information and communicate professionally at all times.
What I am looking for:
Reliable, punctual, and consistent. Strong written and verbal communication. High attention to detail. Comfortable asking questions, taking notes, and learning quickly. Able to follow instructions exactly, then gradually take ownership as trust is built. Calm under pressure and not easily overwhelmed by changing priorities. Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new software. Strong personal judgment and discretion. Professional appearance and communication style.

Compensation and Growth:
Starting compensation is $20-$30/hour depending on capability, communication skills, and fit. This role includes structured training and performance reviews. A strong performer can grow into a higher-compensated executive assistant or operations support role over time.
