Job Requirements Mercury, NV DoE Q or L Polygraph not specified Mid Level Career (5+ yrs experience) $50,000 - $60,000 Job Description The contractor shall provide administrative assistant support for functions related to the NFO Office of the Manager, mission, infrastructure, safeguards, security, operations and safety, business and contracts, FOIA, and others, including, but not limited to, word processing, basic spreadsheets, basic presentation slides, correspondence, answering phone calls, calendar management (scheduling appointments and meetings), conference room scheduling, meeting minutes, physical mail distribution, creating travel (domestic and foreign) reservations, authorizations and vouchers, time keeping reviews, reminders and assistance, photocopying, scanning, compiling reports, records maintenance, data entry, utilizing correspondence and issues/actions management tracking systems and other computer administrative support systems and databases and provides data entry support. Types, revises, and prints a large assortment of technical and nontechnical documents. Formats documents in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines. Proofreads documents to ensure there are no formatting, typographical, grammatical, or spelling errors. The administrative assistant will support conferences, assessments and meetings in person or remotely as requested by the COR and approved by the CO. The administrative assistant will support the NFO in processing FOIA requests within the time frame required by the Government. This includes maintaining FOIA logs, process correspondence and maintaining all associated records.
