Job Title:
Executive Assistant Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to partner closely with the President of our organization. This is a high-impact role where you'll serve as a trusted right hand—keeping priorities aligned, operations running smoothly, and communication flowing seamlessly across the business. What You'll Do Act as a strategic partner to the President—managing a dynamic calendar and ensuring optimal use of time Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, materials, and communication with stakeholders Create polished presentations, reports, and executive-level correspondence Plan and manage detailed travel logistics, ensuring seamless execution end-to-end Serve as a key point of contact—handling calls, emails, and follow-ups with professionalism and urgency Organize incoming communications, prioritize critical items, and assist with research and responses Support cross-functional coordination, acting as a liaison between departments Process expense reports and maintain accurate records with efficiency What You Bring 2+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives (CEO, CFO, EVP, VP, etc.) Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience in a fast-paced environment Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (reporting) and PowerPoint (presentations) Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and communication skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism Nice to Have Associate's degree 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience Experience with Concur for travel and expense management Work Environment Corporate, business professional setting supporting the President of Sales Operations Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with occasional flexibility as needed) Highly collaborative environment with clear opportunities for growth and career progression Why This Role This is more than just an Executive Assistant position—it's an opportunity to gain exposure at the highest level of the organization, play a key role in daily operations, and grow your career alongside leadership. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Airmont, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $40.87/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
