As executive assistant you'll play an important role in the success of the organization by supporting the President & CEO and other senior leaders. About the
Role:
You'll be the strategic right-hand to the President & CEO, managing complex schedules, preparing for meetings and overseeing administrative workflows.
Responsibilities include:
Anticipates and prioritizes the CEO's needs, using sound judgment to manage information, logistics, and workflow in support of strategic leadership Owns and optimizes the CEO's calendar by proactively prioritizing competing demands, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities Partners with the leadership team to prepare, refine, and coordinate high-quality materials for CEO review Facilitates clear, professional, and timely communication on behalf of the CEO Plans and executes executive travel, events, and organizational acknowledgements You will be based at our Northwest location, 155 Lawn Ave, Buffalo

Education and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 5 years or more of experience in an executive level role preferred Critical thinking and the ability to prioritize competing demands Strong attention to detail and accuracy Kindness; you treat each person with respect and compassion, valuing each person's story Resiliency; you see opportunities to innovate and find solutions when challenges arise Teamwork; you are open to others' unique perspectives, and will collaborate to meet shared goals Able to read, write and speak the English language. A second language of Spanish preferred
What We Offer:
Compensation:
$61,500 - $65,000 annually, based on a full time 40 hour work week. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.

$61,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
