Full-Time (Part-Time considered for exceptional fit) About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a luxury concierge home care company and a growing personal brand. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and takes ownership of outcomes. This position goes beyond administrative support. You will act as a true right hand—helping manage priorities, communication, and execution across multiple initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritize the Founder's calendar, meetings, and scheduling Handle email correspondence, follow-ups, and task tracking Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action items Coordinate with internal team members and external partners Track projects and deadlines across business and personal brand initiatives Organize documents, files, and systems to ensure efficiency Support light project management and operations Flag issues early and propose solutions Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times Qualifications 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details Calm, professional, and emotionally mature under pressure Proactive and self-directed; does not require constant supervision Comfortable working with a strong, fast-moving founder High level of integrity and discretion Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting an entrepreneur or founder Familiarity with Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and task management systems NYC-based with flexibility for in-person meetings as needed What We Offer Direct mentorship from a founder building and scaling a high-impact business Meaningful responsibility and proximity to leadership decisions Opportunity for long-term growth into senior operations or leadership roles Competitive compensation based on experience Hybrid flexibility How to Apply Please submit: Your resume A brief cover note explaining why you're a strong fit One example of a time you took initiative or ownership without being asked
