Daily Cash Report Distribution Real Estate Tax Bills & Property Assessment process (gathering, organizing, recording, mailing, scanning & filing) Income Tax Return process (tracking, organizing, mailing, scanning & filing) Open new bank accounts, CD spreadsheet, and other requests Review of management fee checks and other similar items and related spreadsheet tracking/updating Send investment checks, mortgages, real estate taxes, and other payments via FedEx Worker's Compensation Audit Certificate Review Process wires Schedule meetings, Interviews, scanning, filing, etc Pick up and processincoming mail from the mailroom Be the point of contactfor attorneys, banks, and accountants Answer the phone for the Director if on anotherline Track incoming checks and forward copies of checks & receipteddeposit tickets and send to partners and outside investors Assist with

Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting an executive BA/BS from a college or university a plus Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Adept at creating Excel spreadsheets Outstanding communication skills Salary, Benefits (80% of individual and family medicalpaid by employer), 401K w/ 25% match,PTO days
