12 Months About the Role Executive Wealth is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join the Central Operations Team. This role supports advisor teams in a fast-paced environment by handling administrative functions, document management, reporting, and time-sensitive client-related tasks. Ayco Executive Wealth helps clients achieve their financial goals through guidance across employee benefits, tax planning, and investments. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to multiple advisor teams Prepare, review, and edit confidential correspondence and documents Scan, organize, manage, and archive documents across multiple systems Prepare travel expense reports and billing allocation reports Assist with processing time-sensitive quarterly client tax payments Support miscellaneous administrative and operational projects as needed Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while managing sensitive information Coordinate priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment Required Skills & Qualifications Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Preferred Qualifications Prior administrative, operations, or office support experience Experience working with reports, documentation, or financial services environments Strong time management and problem-solving skills Why Join This Opportunity?
