About the Role We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team! This position involves a high level of responsibility where diplomacy and confidentiality are essential. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. The ideal person will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. Be well-organized, comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. Responsibilities Calendar management for executive. Draft slides, meeting notes, presentations and documents. Dealing at senior levels with high-profile individuals. Handle and coordinate active calendars. Schedule and confirm meetings. Ensure file organization based on office protocol. Responding to a high volume of e-mails and calls. Maintain contact lists. Book travel arrangements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics. Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Required Skills Excellent communication skills, ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. Preferred Skills Experience in dealing with high-profile individuals and managing multiple priorities.
