Approximately 22.5 hours per week Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Syracuse Business Unit Director and senior leadership. This role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and follow-up items. Prepare emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Coordinate meetings, conferences, events, and business activities. Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expenses. Collect and organize information and data for reports and presentations. Handle confidential documents and sensitive business information. Communicate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders. Track important tasks and deadlines and follow up as needed. Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, phone calls, and document management. Help resolve routine operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day activities. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred. 3-5 years of administrative or executive support experience preferred. Experience supporting senior leadership, executives, or large operational teams. Experience coordinating international travel is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other business software. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
