Job Description

Company Overview CME Associates, Inc. (CME) is an engineering technology firm providing comprehensive Construction Materials Evaluation and Technical Support Services. Our experts specialize in geotechnical engineering, construction materials evaluation, special inspections, geological sciences, subsurface exploration, and investigative engineering. Summary Support organizational efficiency by managing schedules, coordinating activities, and ensuring the timely completion of key deliverables. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional and confidential manner. Responsibilities Manage telephone reception, including screening, prioritizing, and directing incoming calls professionally. Maintain and coordinate calendars, including scheduling meetings and organizing professional development activities. Support the preparation and formatting of reports, proposals, work authorizations, invoices, and spreadsheets. Proofread, edit, and ensure quality control of client-facing deliverables. Develop, organize, and maintain document management systems using SharePoint and OneDrive. Assist with contractor and subcontractor pre-qualification documentation and submissions. Navigate and utilize various client portals to support the preparation and submission of technical deliverables. Track timelines and assist in ensuring deadlines and project milestones are met. Provide general administrative support to enhance overall operational effectiveness. Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Prior experience in an administrative or office support role. Familiarity with PDF editing and document management software. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Compensation:
