Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, highlyanized Executive Assistant to provide high-touch administrative and operational support to multiple senior leaders. The successful candidate will manageplex calendars, coordinate cross-functionalmunications and meetings, prepare executive-level materials, and act as a dependable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional prioritization, discretion, and the ability to anticipate leaders' needs acrosspeting priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Manageplex, multi-time-zone calendars and meeting logistics.

Arrange domestic and international travel; process expenses.

Prepare and edit presentations, briefings, and executive-levelmunications.

Coordinate cross-functional meetings, capture action items, and track follow-ups.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Support special projects and executive events as needed.

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years supporting senior leaders; multi-executive experience preferred.

Expert Outlook/Teams skills; advanced PowerPoint and Excel.

Excellent written and verbalmunication.

Stronganization, prioritization, and confidentiality.

Willingness to travel occasionally.
