The executive administrative assistant will serve as a key executive support member in the following functions: content creation, operational assistance, record keeping, and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
... Managing complex schedules, coordinating travel plans, and setting up high-level meetings. Assisting with the preparation of professional correspondence, meeting materials, and PowerPoint presentations. Helping the accounting team with reports and processing employee payroll. Maintaining organized company files and sensitive records to ensure everything is easily accessible and secure. Acting as a professional point of contact for both internal colleagues and external global partners.
