Job Description

General Description:
Join our team at Southeastern Ohio Counseling Center as an Executive Administrative Assistant and play a vital role in supporting our leadership team and organizational operations. This position serves as a trusted partner to agency leadership, helping coordinate daily operations, support Human Resources functions, manage administrative processes, and ensure organizational priorities move forward efficiently. The Executive Administrative Assistant serves as a key point of connection across departments, helping foster a positive workplace culture while upholding our values of Trust, Investment, Connection, and Caring. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this position requires exceptional organization, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the CEO, COO, and leadership team, helping coordinate daily operations and organizational priorities. Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, event coordination, and special projects. Support Human Resources functions, including onboarding, employee records, and maintaining confidential information. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as needed. Serve as a professional point of contact for employees, community partners, and stakeholders. Maintain organized records, filing systems, and office processes to ensure efficient operations. Foster a positive, welcoming, and collaborative work environment that reflects SOCC's values. Adapt to changing priorities and perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the organization. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or additional coursework in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of two years of administrative, executive support, office management, or related experience preferred. Proficiency in Google Suite and general office technology. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with employees, leadership, and community partners. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team. Experience with Human Resources functions, event coordination, or project management is a plus.

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
