Under general supervision of the Director of Administrative Operations serves as administrative support for the Office of the Executive Vice President for Clinical Affairs and Dean of the College of Medicine & Life Sciences. Working independently, performs a variety of complex administrative functions in addition to serving as Concierge interacting with multiple constituents. Coordinates all aspects of the Liaison Committee on Medical Education accreditation processMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors + 3 years of progressive responsible Administrative/secretarial Experience for executive/upper-level management. OR
- 7+ years of progressively responsible administrative/secretarial experience for an executive or upper-level management experience in lieu of education.
- In absence of Business Manager may provide similar support.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to download and perform basic analysis of data from University of Toledo databases.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to customer service and inclusive excellence.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people at all levels of the organization.
