Position Summary The Executive Assistant to the Dean provides professional, confidential, daily support for the Dean of the School of Law and manages the operations of the Office of the Dean. The position requires excellent communication and leadership skills and an ability and desire to establish and maintain productive, collaborative relationships with students, law faculty and staff, and University of Oregon colleagues. This position must be able to work occasional nights and/or weekends to fulfill special projects and events. Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of skills, experience, education, and training.
  • Two years' experience providing confidential executive support that includes experience managing a calendar for an executive-level position.
  • Two years' of office and project management experience of increasing responsibility, to include serving as team lead on projects. Professional Competencies

  • Ability to effectively organize, manage administrative tasks, provide customer service, and leadership.
