Job Description
Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Organize and support meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items. Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion. Track deadlines, prioritize requests, and ensure executives are prepared for meetings and key initiatives. Assist with special projects and provide support across departments as needed.
