Job Overview A local Company in the Coopersburg area is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. This vital role provides comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient office management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with various office technologies. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment while showcasing their administrative expertise. Duties Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings with precision and professionalism. Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and handling inquiries courteously. Operate multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct communications effectively. Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and accuracy. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document management. Handle travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and transportation for executives. Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, or in person while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and overseeing general administrative functions. Support personal assistant responsibilities as needed, including managing confidential information discreetly. Utilize Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools to facilitate daily tasks efficiently. Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records. Manage time-sensitive tasks effectively through strong organizational skills and prioritization. Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with a minimum of several years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Strong computer literacy with familiarity in data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills in exceptional phone etiquette is essential. Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and front desk operations to ensure professional interactions. Ability to handle customer support inquiries with patience and professionalism. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively without compromising quality.
Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
