Job Description
Saint John Vianney Center (SJVC) is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to our President and CEO. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office while supporting our mission of providing compassionate behavioral healthcare in a faith-based environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Managing complex calendars, scheduling, and executive priorities. Coordinating Board of Directors meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing board materials. Drafting, editing, and proofreading executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents. Managing highly sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Screening calls, visitors, and correspondence while exercising sound judgment and discretion. Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodations for executives and guests. Preparing expense reports and reconciling executive credit card statements. Supporting organization-wide initiatives and special projects. Building positive working relationships with leadership, staff, board members, donors, clergy, and external partners. Qualifications Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of executive administrative, secretarial, or administrative support experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently. Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
