Job Description
Robert Half is partnering with a respected local healthcare organization to identify a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to support senior leadership within a mission-driven organization that plays a vital role in the community.
Position SummaryThe Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment while serving as a trusted partner to leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangementsPrepare and organize reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materialsAct as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partnersManage correspondence, screen calls, and respond to inquiries with professionalismCoordinate board meetings, leadership meetings, and special projectsMaintain confidential files and sensitive information with discretionAssist with operational initiatives and process improvement efforts as needed
