Job Description
Robert Half is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage competing priorities, handle confidential information with discretion, and ensure executives are supported efficiently in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and schedulingCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-up itemsArrange travel, accommodations, and detailed itinerariesPrepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materialsScreen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communicationsMaintain confidential records, files, and executive documentationProcess expense reports, invoices, and other administrative documentsServe as a liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, and external partnersSupport special projects and assist with event or meeting coordinationAnticipate executive needs and help improve administrative processes
