Job Description
Professional association seeks motivated, responsible individual to provide administrative support to the Executive Director (ED) and board.
Sample responsibilities include:
writing minutes; preparing materials for board and committee meetings, plus annual convention; drafting correspondence for ED, president and other leaders; record and database maintenance; misc. administrative. The successful candidate will have superior organizational skills, excellent written and verbal skills and ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; familiarity with database software desired. Minimum associate's degree (bachelor's preferred) and 2 years' related experience required - association or non-profit experience a plus. Excellent benefits include health, dental, vision and 401k.
