Job Description
We are looking for an organized Executive Assistant to support leadership. This position centers on preparing clear reports, managing complex spreadsheets, maintaining accurate data, and providing high-level administrative support to ensure daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, confidence with Microsoft Excel, and the ability to coordinate priorities in a fast-paced executive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other business documents for executive review and decision-making.
- Manage calendars by scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and helping leaders stay on track with shifting priorities.
- Maintain and update data records with accuracy, ensuring information is organized, current, and easy to retrieve.
- Use advanced Microsoft Excel functions to build spreadsheets, analyze information, and produce clear summaries.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including handling correspondence, organizing materials, and tracking follow-up items.
- Coordinate executive meetings by arranging logistics, preparing agendas, and distributing relevant documents in advance.
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support to executives or senior leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work confidently with detailed spreadsheets and reports.
- Proven ability to manage calendars and coordinate executive meetings with professionalism and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable handling data entry, data maintenance, and document management responsibilities.
