They are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to three members of their senior leadership team. Job Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars for multiple senior leaders including scheduling meetings, calls, and travel arrangements Plan, coordinate, and support internal meetings and events including logistics, materials, and follow-up Reconcile and process monthly corporate credit card expenses through the expense reporting system Draft, proofread, and coordinate correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of leadership Greet and assist incoming guests and calls for the administrative suite with professionalism and discretion Handle mail distribution, courier deliveries, and package preparation Maintain office areas, conference rooms, storage, and supply inventory Serve as liaison between staff and building management for facility maintenance requests Support accounting functions including logging incoming payments, coordinating credit card distribution, and assisting with paycheck distribution Serve as project coordinator for strategic initiatives as assigned by senior leadership Handle highly confidential information with discretion at all times Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of progressively challenging administrative and executive support experience Prior experience supporting senior-level or C-suite executives strongly preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience preparing reports, presentations, and extracting data Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, discreet, and professional demeanor Why choose Addison Group?
