Job Description

Position Overview This role provides administrative partnership and support to the CEO while also driving essential Human Resources administrative operations. Unlike a traditional support role, this position requires the ability to align executive priorities with organizational goals and advanced PowerPoint skills to communicate, translate complex data into compelling visual narratives. This is a FT onsite position. Strategic Executive Support •
Business Partnership:
You will maintain and prioritize the executive's schedule •
Executive PowerPoint:
Support executive presentations by contributing to high-impact presentation decks for board meetings, Member pitches, and in-house presentations. •
Strategic Liaison:
Act as a proxy in meetings, capturing critical discussion points and ensuring follow-through on deliverables across leadership teams. Human Resources Operations •
Talent & Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening resumes to facilitating high-touch onboarding experiences that reflect company culture. •
Employee Lifecycle:
Maintain confidential personnel records. Qualifications •
Experience:
5+ years as a senior administrative assistant; HR experience preferred. Marketing experience is a plus. •
Confidentiality:
A proven track record of handling high-stakes business and personnel information with total integrity. •
Advanced PowerPoint:
Expert-level mastery of PowerPoint or other formats, including master slides, data visualization, and professional design aesthetics. •
Software Proficiency:
Skilled in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR), ATS, and the full Microsoft 365 suite Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
