Executive Assistant Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Operations Officer and Senior Leadership team. The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements and executive itineraries. Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and discretion. The Executive Assistant will coordinate executive meetings, agendas, and follow-up on key action items. Assist with special projects and executive initiatives from planning through completion. Welcome visitors, answer the main phone line, and help coordinate office events and employee engagement activities. The Executive Assistant will prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining strict confidentiality and supporting day-to-day executive operations. Preferred Qualifications for the Executive Assistant Role Bachelor's degree preferred. 2–3 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. #
