Job Description

4 Corner Resources is hiring an Executive Coordinator for one of our clients in York, PA. This is a direct hire opportunity to serve as a true right hand to a President and CEO, with real influence over how the executive office runs day to day.
Executive Coordinator Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted partner to the President and CEO, helping manage priorities, workflows, and critical business initiatives Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar so time stays aligned with business priorities and strategic goals Prioritize communications, requests, and competing demands to maximize executive effectiveness Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, logistics, and expense management Partner with the executive leadership team to coordinate meetings, planning sessions, off-sites, and business reviews Prepare agendas, briefing materials, executive summaries, and executive-level presentations, including materials for board meetings and customer engagements Capture key decisions and action items during leadership meetings and drive follow-up on deliverables and deadlines Develop executive communications, talking points, and key messaging, and collaborate with communications teams on executive branding and LinkedIn content Coordinate cross-functional projects on behalf of the CEO, tracking milestones, risks, and progress updates Process expense reports, invoices, and related administrative documentation accurately and on time
Executive Coordinator Qualifications:
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or complex business operations Demonstrated experience working with executive-level stakeholders and managing confidential information Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Outstanding organizational, project management, and prioritization abilities Strong business acumen and the ability to work independently, think strategically, and execute with attention to detail High level of professionalism, executive presence, and sound judgment
Executive Coordinator Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

York, PA (fully onsite)
Schedule:
Core hours 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility to work 8:30 AM to 3:30
PM Pay:
Starting at $90,000, based on experience 4CR2
